When WorkTheRoom was first started, it was all about what happened ‘in the room.’ At the end of the first year it had become apparent that many customers were loosing out in the ‘following up’ outside the meetings.
This was addressed by adding more information in WorkTheRoom2.0, but the greatest challenge was then to be able to deliver the information to the steadily increasing numbers of students. The result was to move to WorkTheRoom3.0 as an online membership site, with the option for larger seminars, but to remove most individual tuition.
Most of our efforts will be to produce presentations to introduce aspects of WorkTheRoom to encourage membership of the web site.
The top areas that we have interest are; (updated 12.02.2011)
- Social Media Marketing – Twitter etc
- Facebook Marketing
- Google Ranking
- Public Speaking
- Presentation Skills (PowerPoint etc)
The site will continue to offer ideas and help in these areas, including research from my personal experience.
We welcome approaches from experts who wish to offer more individual training students in greater depth than we can thought our seminars and online presentations. WorkTheRoom is still my personal experiences and lessons learnt. it would be impossible for anybody to claim to be an expert in all these areas. They can be introduced to the community from joint seminars, or interviews. our biggest concentration of customer is in the South, but it is steadily growing around the country.
It is WorkTheRoom policy NOT to release any information or details about members.
